I have a pass in about one hour now from near Seattle.
Since, I've never used HO-68, is the beacon: Downlink 435.7900 MHz CW ??
Btw, how does the typical beacon signal compare to the typical transponder signal folks have? Is it louder or same?
Thanks, Joe, AD7D.

Allan's post the other day effectively said, 'beacon only until further notice--if you don't hear it please report it!'
I think we saw some reports that the beacon was NOT heard...
"We weren't expecting the transponder, but we didn't hear the beacon either. Glenn AA5PK "
I suspect they will appreciate reports to the Oscar Status page, too!! It is really helpful to command stations...

So, is only the beacon on current on HO68?

No, I was listening to the repeater. I misunderstood Alan's email yesterday. I thought the repeater was back on.

I did not hear HO68 a few minutes ago when I went out for the 1706z pass  can anyone confirm that? I have had some station issues lately, so maybe the issue is on my end. From what I understood in Alan’s email yesterday, HO68 w8 was back in operation. Zack KD8KSN _______________________________________________ Sent via AMSAT-BB@amsat.org.
