Not sure if it was that specific error, but have seen similar problems when there is a formatting error in the keps file itself.
What happens if you try using a different file, such as amateur.txt or nasa.all?

a few days ago I updated my windows 10 pro to the 20H2 VERSION. not sure if this just a coincidence.
but its occurring on another PC as well. can anyone suggest a solution?
