[amsat-bb] AO51 @ 2300 UTC today

Hi!

Thanks to whoever kept AO51 running for us out here in the western USA to use during the 2300 UTC pass. Hopefully there is a way to keep it going longer, allowing for more of the world to get a chance to still use this satellite. It sounded pretty good here.
