When I first read this I didn’t realize the implications. Then, I saw an article on AmSat that talked specifically about this setup. That hits ALL my metrics (low cost and low loss). I ordered two today and will be here Saturday.

Comet diplexers and triplexers are pretty good when operating two rigs on one antenna or two antennas on one rig. 

I have used them to transmit and receive on 6 meters, two meters and 70 centimeters simultaneous without problems.
