The formatting is probably broken. Where did you copy paste it from? I
used Space-Track.org and searched for 54682 and copy pasted it to the
top of nasabare.txt and it worked fine.
There is also a TLE format fixer somewhere but I can't remember. I
think it's a Windows program? Or is it a web app?
