Sorry about that. When you can figure out how to change the laws of physics, we'll go back to the original schedule :) There's nothing we can do to make sunlight if it's not there...
Sorry it didn't work out. We'll be running L/SU in a few days' time.
Don't sell your gear...we'll run some V/S in the weeks/months/years ahead. It is VERY labor intensive on the command team to run S-band during eclipses (absolutely must be reprogrammed every day, with no mistakes, or the bird shuts off and cooks what's left of the batteries!), but we'll do it some from time to time.

As suspected, we're changing the schedule (due to a lack of full sun and to support the school contacts previously arranged in Alaska).
