[amsat-bb] VO52 not heard @ 0245 UTC pass

Hi!

I was outside for the 0245 UTC VO52 pass here in central Arizona (DM43), and heard nothing from the transponder or the CW beacon. That was a 74-degree pass here, which should have been easy to copy.
