Darrell,
Run the rotator to it's (az or el) limit switch. (0 or +4.5VDC is what it's supposed to be).
Adjust the meter reading to match the rotator on the +4.5VDC end.
There are seperate pots for the aux output (az and el) that drives a controller.
First do the G-5500 control box, then check with a meter that the aux high and low indication voltages (0-4.5VDC) are somewhere in the realm of reality. The tracker will "calibrate" out minor inaccuracies.
I learn more from making mistakes than anything else.

In doing some Full-Scale adjustments to my G-5500 Rotor, I accidentally fiddled with the Output Voltage Adjustments by mistake. Now everything is fubar because I wasn't careful enough. Is there a guide somewhere to help me get the Out Voltage setting back correctly? The Full Scale adjustments are well documented in the manual. (BTW, I am using the LVB box, but have it disconnected now). Thanks.
