[amsat-bb] Need SatPC32 Doppler file

I've manage to mangle the Doppler.sqf file in SatPC32 beyond recognition and not sure how to extract the files out of the install disk, does someone have a virgin copy or even a well edited version I can use? Or, instructions on how to extract the original ?
