In the for what it's worth category: One small but important reminder---using TCA for measurements may be easiest from a "can hear it" perspective, but unless the TLEs are dead on--it's really hard to use that part of the pass. Since HO-113 is a fairly new bird, I'd make sure any observations made at TCA also hold up at AOS or LOS...if they don't, the AOS or LOS observations are probably closer. Just food for thought!

Looks like TCA/max elevation is at 01:43 in the video and the passband looks like it's shifted about 9 KHz up from the published frequency. On the bottom end I see a hard cut off at 435.174 and at the top end I see a cut off starting at 435.204 gradually to 435.206.
So maybe the real center frequency of the transponder is 435.189. For manual tuners it's probably easier to just say 435.190.
In my experience when I was using the satellite the uplink passband seemed to be lined up perfectly with the downlink so I would guess the uplink passband is shifted the same amount. I think that would make the uplink passband center frequency 145.861 (for manual tuners easier to say 145.860).
Thoughts?

I hope other people with SDR radios and fixed stations with Az/El rotators will characterize the real center of the passband so we can give people the right info about this satellite. I would hate someone to try and work a part of the passband that didn't exist, and get frustrated.

Indeed, I have been able to verify that the upper edge of the passband is higher than the one reported.
In the AOS at about 8º I have been able to hear my return in 435212 khz with a uplink in 145844 khz.
