I think you may be out of luck. AFAIK, there isn't a simple conversion since the entire dimensions of the antenna is dependent upon the diameter of the various elements, that is the primary reason people use the modeling software in the first place to find these things out! Changing the diameter of the elements will affect their length as well as the spacing between the elements - there's nothing simple about any of it!!!
