Hi James,
Very simple. - Go to AMSAT.org -Look for Sat Status and find SO-50, you will find it's other name under Saudisat-C. You can do the same for other satellites.
-Open Nova go to Setup tab on top left of screen. Open drop down list look for Satellites -Open the Satellites List look for Saudisat-C. Click on the satellite.
-In the Satellite Editor screen rename it to SO-50 or SO50 as you desire.
-Then press OK to save. -Open Satellite page again. Go to theGroups Tab, look for Amateur. -You will see a list of amateur satellites that are stored in your group list. You can add satellites by dragging them over from the main list to the Group list or you can highlight a satellite and then hit delete. -Update the list to your liking and then press OK.
You should be good to go. If you have any other questions drop me a note offline aa5uk at yahoo.com.
There is also a very good manual on Nova's website.
Have fun!

I have been tinkering with NOVA Software. I simply cannot figure out how to add additional satellites like SO50. I have pointed the update to various sites that I thought should work but I have not succeeded in getting so50 and some other amateur satellites to show up. Any advice would be appreciated. I am sure I am making a simple mistake somehow, someway. I guess that is what I deserve for tinkering.
