50A capable feed directly from the battery to the back of the Jeep
to power the radio, and also to if needed for a power-winch to get
me out of trouble or haul a boat onto a trailer...

Less than one amp? You sure about that? My truck is a 2003 (so
not new) and the cig lighter outlet is fused at 20A and each of
the two accessory outlets are also each fused at 20A. My wife's
2017 Toyota Corolla is labeled on the accessory outlet as 120
watts.
