Hi Chuck!
I just read the LOTW FAQ and it stated that the satellite name HO-68 is supported by LOTW. I have never been able to upload any logs containing HO-68 as the sat name. TQSL 1.13 does not have HO-68 in the satellite drop-down menu box.
Is there something I'm missing?
Probably an updated TQSL configuration file.
You can get that by logging into the LOTW web site, then go to "Your Account", then "Your Certificates". There is a link where you can download the latest TQSL configuration file (last updated on 3 March) along with your certificates from the web site. The configuration file has - among many other things - the list of satellites acceptable for LOTW, and log formats for those using Cabrillo- formatted contest logs instead of ADIF files for LOTW.
Once you download the updated configuration file to your computer, you should only have to click on the file to launch TQSL and update your program. After that, you should be in good shape.
73!
