[amsat-bb] AO-85 in Data Mode over EU

We just commanded AO-85 into Data Mode which is the high speed telemetry and hopefully it will still be in that mode 15 minutes from now when it comes into view over Europe. Please switch your FoxTelem to high speed on the Input tab to capture what you can before she switches back to Transponder Mode.
