Each TubeSat kit includes the satellite’s structural components, safety hardware, solar panels, batteries, power management hardware and software, transceiver, antennas, microcomputer, and the required programming tools. Seriously, if this is for real, I think AMSAT should get at the front of the train and provide hardware, or hardware design, for those who plan to use it.
