I tried it once and I was able to receive several packets, one of which was mine, so I assume I got digipeated successfully. The APRS interface is not the most straight forward (especially composing messages) but as long as you are not in a rush it is doable. The radio has a dedicated APRS manual that you can download. Some of the functionality and UI is unintuitive for APRS (unlike the rest of the menus) and absolutely requires reading the manual to do.

Happy 4th everyone. My XYL ordered me a Yaesu FT2DR for my birthday. Apparently, all of the whining I've been doing pertaining to not being able to work the 9600 baud APRS gave her an idea for me. Question....is anyone using the 2DR for this? How do you like the 2DR if you do???
TNX!!
