I just confirmed with IS0AML-11, 300+ miles ahead of the balloon, that he's monitoring 144.390 and is already receiving the balloon's packets via RF. He's IGating, but not first so he's not showing up on the APRS-IS yet.
With that coverage in place, the next 600 miles or so (4 hours @ 150mph) should have IGate coverage.
