You can select multiple TLE files to load at once and just choose the satellites you want to view. All you need to do is click on Load TLE, then click on first group and then hold Ctrl+C while clicking on any other group you want to load. When you have selected the groups you want, just click open and they will all load. Unfortunately you'll have a ton of satellites in the list, but at least you won't need to manually update a list that you created.
