When PSAT is near ISS, watch for double hop packets! PSAT sends its telemetry packets via ARISS.
Best chance of this happening is when ISS is way out far over the ocean and has little QRM on its 145.825 uplink. AND then PSAT, with its 0.3W transmitter will have to be close to ISS too. If you see one, let us know.
