Doesn't really matter how much power you throw at it if the main battery is still shorted.
I would like to see someone try to get that relay to work on HO-68 though!

There are only two things on the spacecraft that CANT be turned off AFAIK. They are the L-band command receiver and the IHU. Anyone got insane amounts of 23cm power and lots of patience?
