About fireworks: during first ARISS contact in mission Horizon, last week, Gerst was asked about fireworks at 31.12 (question #6). A German friend transladed for me: Alex never went on ISS during last eve night, but when he flies over Italy in summer he can see fireworks in touristic areas.
