Theoretically, the TH-D74 can be computer controlled through undocumented commands (see https://github.com/LA3QMA/TH-D74-Kenwood).
However, SatPC32 does not support it.
If you really want a lightweight package, leave the computer at home and just tune manually. Computer control takes the fun out of it anyway.
