[AMSAT-BB] MESAT and SONATE-2 now accepted by LoTW

Morning guys,

tqsl config v11.29 was just released with an update to the satellite DB. MESAT-1 is now accepted with satellite name as "MO-122" and SONATE-2 as "SONATE".
