We will be floating a buoy with APRS transponder from Barrow Alaska in March.
Any hams up there to listen to it directly before the ice melts?
Then after it begins to drift, we will need AMSAT hams anywhere in Alaska to capture any packets on 145.825 via ISS. The ISS gets to 1.5 degrees elevation once a day up there.
If you know someone not on this list, can you pass this along?
