All,
heard Libertad at 21:06 (Apr 27) but signal was very weak and not to decode.
This was an overhead pass (high elevation) - exceptional weak for such passes and Libertad ..
Yesterday the same (Apr 26) - heard at 20:25 UTC weak and not to decode.
