Hello Alan, Nick and others, I didn't make any changes with ServerLabjack. The file is unchanged since Dec. 12. 2012. SatPC32 itself only outputs the target positions to ServerLabjack. Only this file then checks whether the rotors have reached the target positions. Is there any correlation between updating the target positions by SatPC32 and stalling of the rotor?
I also use Windows 7, 64-bit and the Labjack U-12 with a KR-5600. Lately I used it for multiple satellite passes and I just tested full 360° turns of the az. rotor/ 90° turns of the el. rotor in both direction (entered target postions in menu "Rotor"). No issues so far. 73s, Erich, DK1TB

Same here, beginning a week or so back. Investigating, but so far nothing determined. Using WIN7 64-bit, and wondering if there was something in the recent updates.
