AMSAT-BR (AMSAT Brazil) will be celebrating its first anniversary tomorrow February 5th. To commemorate the event we are promoting QSO's over amateur satellites and will be distributing diplomas in electronic format to stations that confirm their QSO's. The rules are as follows:
