Hi Douglas,

those are tlm frames from UHF radio, radios are the same as BDSAT, BDSAT2, Planetum and Veronica, so you can search for their webpages for frames description. For example here:

https://bdsat.cz/for-radio-amateurs.html

In short time, I hope that Grafana at Satnogs would be constructed, so you will see results of your received frames graphically.

    Does anyone know how to decode the numerical data from GRBBETA?

What do the numbers in the "CQ" frames mean?

    For example, from Satnogs observation 9832130, when I demodulate the 

recording myself, it has a greetings message and this "CQ" frame (best 

viewed in "Fixed width" font for the columns to line up):
