[amsat-bb] Practical note on using dongles

I've added a "Funcube" page (from the menu)  to my website http://www.andythomas.eu%C2%A0 describing lessons learned about using dashboard software etc rom the perspective of an interested science teacher using a dongle (rather than just using my ICOM IC-910).

I don't feel bad about admitting the problems I encountered. All project managers know that the  "lessons learned" log is the bit you wish you'd known before you started the project.

For those of us about to receive the Kicksat Sprites (when launched), and others using RTL dongles, the experience may be useful.
