Per IARU entry at https://iaru.amsat-uk.org/finished_detail.php?serialnum=963 shows 'FX.25 FEC144-146MHz optional: 9600 baud, GMSK'
The exact frequency is not yet known, which should be between 145.8 ~ 146 and whether it will be uplink or simply downlink.
So it had been placed on the site http://amsat.org.ar/pass?satx=grbbeta just for the curious to discover it.

The website to the AR amsate tracking seems to indicate that GRBBETA has an uplink Freq. 145.850 FM. but the Sat's website indicates only downlink freq. UHF,VHF,Sband. ? is this another FM transponder?
