Yes,
European station are actually also around in the morning. Worked Finland, Scotland and Germany today and yesterday on FO-29. Good signals even at low elevation. Same for AO-7 (bit more noise on the transponder)

FO-29 passes around 0500-0600 UTC are very good for Europe to NA QSOs right now. I have been on several passes the past few days and have only heard one European station. I know it's early for European stations and very late at night for North American stations, but a few of us are up at that hour and looking to work Europe!
