Zach, All,
Apparently I answered Vince directly. Here 'tis for other Windoze users:
Take a look at DL4YHF's Spectrum Lab - It will do all of that and more. https://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/spectra1.html

Anyone know of a audio analysis program for the PC that does similar? I'm thinking it would look something like SDR # but you would only analyze the audio spectrum.
For FreeBSD or Linux, there's baudline (https://www.baudline.com/).
If you run Windows, you might look at Spectrum Lab (https://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/spectra1.html). I have not used this software, but I do see it used for monitoring VLF.
