Hi Alan,
Check out:
I have bought materials and antennas from Charles with good results. He has some items for building antennas that you will not easily find elsewhere. He always has a space at the Dayton Hamvention as well.

Hi,
I have already done the Google, but was wondering if anyone can recommend a good source of aluminum rods in small quantities for use in antennas? In particular, 3/16" round stock, made of what is usually referred to as aircraft T-5 or T-6 aluminum. The local sources so far have turned out to be rather soft alloys rather than the springy stuff used in beams, etc. And of course any firm with the word "aircraft" in the name wants 10-20X times the price.
