Loctite 2 part Super Glue for ALL PLASTICS and it works where other crazy glues wouldn't both the liquid and gel types.
For Canadians it is available at Canadian Tire. The packaging looks a little different than on that link as it is necessarily bilingual English/French and rather than called "PLASTIC BONDER" is called "SUPER GLUE - All Plastics" but included the same 2 tubes of activator and glue. It is a liquid glue and not gel.
What a find as I've had trouble in the past with other repairs on weird and wonderful plastics or unknown origin.

I'm trying to repair the outer plastic housing of an AEA Isoloop by first gluing it back together and then possibly reinforcing
the areas
where it broke if necessary.

The 1/4" black plastic housing has no markings to identify
the type of
plastic and up to this point has resisted all the glues I
have around
the house.
