Many of us have the same issue and at 5W it can be done albeit challenging at times. I know others who use 10-15 W to get into the satellite. I occasionally have to twist to try to maximize my signal as well or wait for higher elevation passes. That’s not to say that there isn’t an issue but highlighting some things that make it certainly challenging
