[AMSAT-BB] FT-991 to work via the IO-117 satellite

Please tell me how to properly configure the FT-991 to work via the IO-117 satellite.

I use Gpredict to track frequency.

It uses the control port (COM3) of the device (FT-991).

How to configure transmission if the port is already occupied by another application?
