You can use listmaint@amsat.org. However, we are aware of the situation. From the report, "SpamCop users have reported system as a source of spam less than 10 times in the past week." works out to about 1 a day, or less. Just enough to keep the blacklist in place. That means it may be only one computer, and SpamCop makes it impossible to locate a single user.
