[amsat-bb] PCSat pass

I heard a packet, didn't decode but that was it. And a 90 deg pass too! Tough cookie. Got a couple packets gated by ISS on the overlapping pass and sent a few messages to the stations heard but nothing got ACK'd. Next time!
