[amsat-bb] no S band on Eagle

Makes me wonder why the Germans have a couple of S band downlinks on P3E if the S band downlink noise is such a problem.

But then I was never accused of being overly intelligent (grin)....I guess I'll have to let better minds than mine make the decisions.
