Hello AMSAT-ers

The CAPE Team has not heard it sat of 145.825 yet we are talking it on 437.325 MHz

The CAPE III sat beacons out ~ 90 sec on 1200 FSK the 20 sec later on 1200 bps  AFSK and then 9k6 bps fsk   We think we have a bad connector on the VHF side  if you think you have heard CAPE III please email an call me 337 258 2527. The tlt are listed below and probably a few min behind RasFX2

RadFxSat-2 (AO-109) does not have a 2 meter transmitter. That was likely CAPE-3, which was on the same launch, which does have a 2 meter transmitter on the space APRS frequency of 145.825 MHz. I thought I saw a report a couple of weeks that they were having trouble with the 2 meter transmitter, which may explain the weak and brief signal.

AO-109’s beacon downlink is at 435.750 MHz and the transponder downlink is 435.760 MHz - 435.790 MHz. At this time, we have heard no verified reports of the beacon being active. The transponder does pass signals, but the downlink is weak. Our Engineering team has asked that it not be used while testing and evaluation is underway.
