The link is 404ed...you need to go to 6mt.com's main page and chose the 440 Technical section...evidently there was a 6 meter conversion for this radio somewhere.

There was a Belcom list (reflector) on Yahoo! Groups. Belcom made quite a few monobad rigs for 20m, 15m, 10m, 6m, 2m, and 70cm, some of which were sold in the U.S. and Canada under the Santec, KLM, and SBE names as well. SBE wasn't interested in marketing a prototype transceiver they had developed, KLM approached its maker, Belcom, and changed the name from Liner 2 to the ECHO II.
This, and the ECHO 70, became KLM's entry point into the VHF/UHF transceiver marketplace.
