We use Kuhne (DB6NT) products all over the place here at VT. For the Amateur Satellite Service I would recommend this:

50mW in for 60W out or there about, pretty nice and straightforward final stage. Needs a pretty hefty heat sink, and some control circuitry built around it. If you are looking for something outside the Amateur bands, they also have a whole other commercial line of products, many of which overlap the ham bands (good for 'dual use', but may require your own filtering).
Getting up to 100W or above I second the W6QPL recommendation. He also has a lot of useful 'widgets' for rolling your own solutions (like a fine sequencer that could be used in conjunction with an SDR to control the PA).
