I have been reading about this problem for some time. I saw one thing that said one of the guys did not have an email address.

Did the person that observed the situtaion actuall contact one of the guys interferring and get a responce back?

The amateur radio space coms are not covered in any great depth in our license manuals. Did these guys actually realize they were interferring?

Who has the answer?
