i noticed on the "sat passes page" that na 15, 17, 18, and 19 transmit apt. are these birds still active? i ask because i never see any tracking info on that page (which i think is very helpful, by the way - thanks). also are there any other "receive only" wx satellites/frequencies that may be of interest to an old weather buff, like me?
