[AMSAT-BB] Is it time for AMSAT to adopt a code of conduct?

Please see the code of conduct I designed for the Post Open project at https://postopen.org/documents/code-of-conduct It sounds like it might be time for AMSAT to adopt something similar.

Libertarians might hate it, but there are a lot of places for your unbounded speech. And yes, obviously I know that at times I would have been in violation of this, and keeping to it is expected to be a challenge for me at times.
