No. LoTW only supports one satellite designation in the SAT_NAME field for each satellite. It must be XW-2F. The name "Hope 2F" in TQSL is the English translation of the satellite's full name, Xiwang-2F.

Does CAS-3F work for LoTW as an alternative to Hope 2F ?

Those satellites are now in LOTW, as others have mentioned. I did my first LOTW upload for the new Chinese satellites last night. I had 21 QSOs on the 3 new birds, and now have 9 QSLs from them - including one for our LilacSat-2 QSO (using CAS-3H in my ADIF file) on Monday evening.
