I'm sure there are no rules or laws against sharing a recording that you made of Amateur transmissions. We are, after all, prohibited from obscuring or encrypting our communications (except in one very special case- space telecommand).
I do notice that you have your squelch enabled. Due to the weakness of FM satellites, I find it most useful to leave the squelch off (open), even if it does create a bunch of racket without a strong signal present.
