[amsat-bb] Need help with WispDDE

Setup: Orbitron 3.71, WispDDE client v4, FT817.

I have PC controlling the FT817, but it is not setting the uplink transmit frequency. The rig is not splitting into a VFOa/VFOB mode from PC control so that I transmit on the proper uplink frequency.

I am sure this is something simple, would appreciate any help available. Thanks
