Yes, and the russian Mozhayets-4 (RS-22) too has a very, very strong beacon signal on 435.352 MHz (about the level of Xiwang-1 HO68, maybe higher). Tom, if you have not the grid to decode the CW telemetry, I will send it to you directly (a small pdf file). And a short mp3 sample if you want.
